Minimum Night Requirements:
Low Season >> 2 nt minimum for most cabins / 3 nt min may be required for Memorial & Labor Day wknds / 4 night min for Aspen.
High Season >> 4-5 nt minimum for most cabins / 1 week min for Aspen. Weekly rentals are often Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat – some exceptions are available, please inquire!
Mid-Oct to Mid-Apr >> Aspen cabin is available during the resort off-season (from mid-Oct to mid-April) / Resort amenities and property closed during off-season
-All cabin rates are based on 2 guests
-Additional guests are $20/night or $100/week
-Kids 3 years old & under stay FREE!
-Plus 7.875% MN Tax, 3% Lodging Tax
No pets allowed – Cabins are non-smoking – Camping and tents are not allowed – No ATV/OHV/Side by Side use on resort property or private roads – No hunting or shooting

Making A Reservation/Deposit: Cabin Deposit: $500 per week (Non-Refundable) Boat Deposit: $50-100 per item (Non-Refundable) *Deposits are applied toward total balance – Remaining balance is due upon arrival *Additional deposit may be required for groups reserving 2 or more cabins.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. As a small, seasonal business, we have limited availability & greatly appreciate the chance to make up a portion of the lost reservation income. Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. If you have to cancel, we can apply your deposit payment to a new reservation – it must be for the current year’s resort season.
